Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We recommend that you obtain proof of postage on returning the item to us, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post.

Return & Refund Policy


Pure Nectar ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. We also value our customers and their requirements, and we put our best efforts to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products that are delivered in the right condition as per the order placed. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (the product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending a full refund or re-fulfilling your order or any other appropriate resolution from our side.

The product should be returned in original packing without any damage or any kind of tampering, should be well packed to avoid any damage in transit.

Exchanges & refund policy

Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each reject exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.Please also note that our products are all hand made and there could be slight variations from one product to another, which are part of the inherent nature of the product-making process, and these will not be considered as defects.
No refunds would be given if the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address, and/or there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

Refunds will be made within 7-8 business days.
