IS SHIPPING FREE?

Yes, Shipping is FREE all over India.

We offer absolutely Free Domestic Shipping (India). Shipment will be charged separately for International order. We will email/WhatsApp you for shipping price. 
 
We accept only prepaid orders. 

Taxes are inclusive of MRP. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders placed in the website will be dispatched within 2 working days( 48 hours) . However all orders placed on Fridays/ weekends will be dispatched on the following working day.

Orders are shipped out directly from any of our warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 3-7 days for your order to arrive.

All orders pan India are shipped and dispatched via our trusted delivery partners. This is to ensure hassle free service to all places including remote locations.

All orders will be delivered within 7-8 working maximum.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

YES, you will receive AWB number (within 1 – 3 days) once you place an order. You can track your order on our Tracking Page with the help of AWB number.

Once the order is placed , an email/ WhatsApp confirmation will be sent to the registered email id and mobile number.

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from the a different  warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible! 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck somewhere, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

RETURN POLICY

 
Each and every product undergoes undergo a quality check before being shipped to ensure the AQL standards.
 
Return or replacement of product is considered only if the product has a manufacturing defect.
 
The defective product has to be shipped within 48hrs from the date of receipt.
 
Defective Product once received by us ,will be reviewed further and replacement/refund will be initiated accordingly.
